SHIPPING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
When will my order be shipped ?
After verification of your payment, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9am will not be shipped until the next business day. If you order after 9am on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped the following Monday.
Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied as soon as a shipment arrives in your country. The general amount of duties and taxes is approximately 15% of the CANADIAN dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is a general indication that may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You must contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages if you live outside of Quebec and outside of Canada. MVMT cannot control and is not responsible for the duties and taxes applied to your package. You will have to pay additional fees for customs clearance if you live outside Canada . Customs policies vary considerably from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. Please note that, in rare cases, customs officials may delay the delivery of certain packages
How are taxes and duties calculated?
For DDP (Duty Delivered Paid) orders: Duties and taxes may be included in the price depending on the country of destination. If they are not included in the price, they will be indicated at the time of the order. For Duty Unpaid Duty (DDU) orders: As a customer, you are responsible for all import duties, customs duties and taxes levied. The payment of these duties is necessary for your order to clear customs upon arrival.
What payment options do you accept?
The payment options we accept are as follows: Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard) PayPal Debit Cards: At this time, we do not accept purchase orders, cash, checks or money orders, and we do not offer layaway or refund services.
ORDER INFORMATION AND CONCERNS
I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will not be able to make any changes.
The status of my order indicates "Not completed". What does this mean?
"Unfinished" simply means that we have successfully received your order! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and the status of your order will change to "Complete".
Why was my order cancelled?
If your order was cancelled unexpectedly, there is a good chance that our fraud filter has marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that this is not the case, please re-order with a Paypal account. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can easily register at www.Paypal.com.
What happens if I cancel or return an order for which I have used my reward voucher?
The amount of Reward Points used to redeem that Reward Voucher will be credited back to your account.
How can I check the status of my order?
If you have created an account with us, you can log into your account and on your dashboard go to "ACCOUNT". You will see the complete history of your orders since the account has been active. There you can find the shipping status and tracking number. If you do not have an account, please contact our customer support team! One of our friendly and helpful agents will be happy to help you.
Can I make changes to my order?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to make changes to your order. If your order has not yet been processed, we can cancel the current order so that you can place a new order according to your preferences. However, if the order has been processed for shipment, we will not be able to cancel it.
Can you split my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot split your order. Please pay attention to the availability date mentioned in the product lists for pre-order or out-of-stock products. It says that my order is delivered with my tracking number, but my order hasn't actually been delivered, what can i do ?
If this happens you must call UPS or Canada Post to let them know (which is very rare). And We are not responsible for undelivered orders once they have been shipped, but Venklass customer service is there to accompany you to pick up the package(s), because we are here to make sure that the customer has received the package(s). during the entire delivery process.
