Shipping and Delivery
● Free shipping in CANADA for standard orders over 100$ (Canada Post or UPS). with a tracking number to follow each order.
● Packages returned to the VenKLass warehouse due to incorrect shipping information will receive a PRODUCT REFUND.
● We are not responsible for items/packages lost in transit or if they have been tracked as having been delivered.
● Orders will be shipped once ALL items have been delivered as part of the purchase. Packages will be shipped based on the latest pre-order date unless otherwise specified.
● Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the STOCK DATE at the time of purchase. Please note that our warehouse is closed on weekends.
● Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next available business day. In addition, orders placed after 10:00 am Pm will be processed the next available business day.
● In the event that your purchase is split into multiple packages for shipping, if an enhanced shipping method was chosen for the order, the initial shipment will be made by the enhanced method. Any subsequent shipment will be shipped via the standard domestic or international shipping method offered at that time.
● Timely delivery is subject to the carrier's published terms of service. Please note that circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, vacation delays, pandemics(Covid-19) etc. may result in shipping delays and delays.
● The recipient of the order will be responsible for all import duties or taxes charged by the recipient's country and all costs related to the carrier. These charges may vary considerably from region to region or country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Special Considerations

● If an item is out of stock or unavailable, your order cannot be shipped until a customer service representative has contacted you for further instructions.
● If your order contains one or more pre-order/out of stock item(s), the entire order will be held until all items are in stock and can be shipped together. To ensure that items available "in stock" are not held back while pre-order or out-of-stock items are on backorder, we suggest that you order pre-order or out-of-stock items separately.
