Return Policy
● Products cannot be exchanged. However, you may return the unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).
● Must include a valid original Venklass.ca order number. Purchases made outside of venklass.ca must contact the respective seller for returns.
● Returned products must be in their original packaging and must not be missing.
● The customer will receive a refund of the product - shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded.
● If you are not using our prepaid shipping label, we suggest that you add a tracking number/delivery confirmation on the returned packages to ensure your return is received. Venklass is not responsible for return packages lost or stolen in transit/delivery.
● The prepaid return label is not available for international returns.
* Promotional Gift Items: Not all promotional gift items are eligible for returns, exchanges or warranties.
* Bundled Items: To receive a refund, you must return all items in the bundle. Items in the bundle that are not returned will be converted into a full price purchase and the order will be refunded accordingly.
Please follow these instructions for returns:
1. Go to our Returns page by clicking on
and indicating your order number and the e-mail address associated with the order. You can also initiate a return by logging into your account and clicking on the "Request a Return" button next to the desired order.
2. Choose the item(s) you wish to return, and indicate the reason for the return for each item.
All other customers who have chosen the prepaid shipping method must have immediate access to the prepaid shipping label via the returns dashboard. An email containing the shipping label must also have been sent (it may have been sorted in your Spam folder).
4. Pack the item(s) and invoice, affix the shipping label (if applicable) and drop the package off at your local post office. If you do not use a prepaid shipping label.
5. You should receive an email notification of the refund once we have received and processed the returned package.
